pleasant and appealing store ambiance.
Beautifit is seeking Salespersons for opening and closing hours. The ideal sales person is
dependable, willing to learn and has the ability to meet sales goals and be the #1 sales persons of
the month.
Your Role?
Set and achieve sales goals each month
Strong interest to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise
Consistently deliver superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and other
skills training to exceed customer expectations and company?s goal.
Ensure a clean and pleasant store appearance first and foremost at all times.
Coordinate, set-ups, utilize knowledge of visual standards and techniques to display clothes
Create and maintain client database and inform client of new items and upcoming sales
Build relationship with customers to encourage return buyers
Ensure compliance with all Loss Prevention Measures and Policies and Procedures
General Requirements:
High school diploma
Ability to communicate verbally effectively
Engaging, pleasant, fashion/style conscious.
Mall policy requires professional attire. No sneakers or jeans.
Benefits
Base pay plus 10% commission in excess of target sales goals.
