UI On-Line Unemployment Services are available on a walk-in basis, first come first serve, Monday through Friday from 8:30 – 3:00 pm.

If you are a MassHire Holyoke member, you can receive walk-in counseling services at the next scheduled session:
English Services
- Mondays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am
English and Spanish Services
- Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am
- Thursdays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm
- Fridays from 9:00am to 11:00 am
Counseling sessions will be 10-15 minutes.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
MassHire Holyoke occasionally closes because of inclement weather. This includes Unemployment Assistance.
The best and most accurate way is to call us at 413-532-4900. We will change our outgoing message by 6:30 am to indicate whether or not we will be closing. We also post our closing information on local media outlets as well as our social media channels.
