TO COORDINATE MANAGED CARE CONTRACT OPERATIONS AND MONITORING, INCLUDING MAINTENANCE AND
COMPLIANCE; RECOMMEND MANAGED CARE CONTRACT SOLUTIONS; TO CULTIVATE AND MANAGE POSITIVE
RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL INTERNAL PROVIDERS AND EXTERNAL HEALTH PLANS AND PARTIES INVOLVED IN MANAGED
CARE CONTRACTS.

1. To work closely with the Director of Managed Care on tracking and monitoring the operation and maintenance of the
financial and operational performance of managed care contracts for Holyoke Medical Center and its Physician Hospital
Organization.
2. To track and present ongoing operational results in a concise format with suggestions for improvements in financial terms.
3. To use the FinThrive Contract Management software and dashboard to track operational results in order to plan, coordinate, and prepare
timely analyses of existing managed care contracts
4. To be the liaison with health plans and other parties involved in the operational end of the managed care
contracts.
5. To use the FinThrive Contract Management software to operationally benchmark managed care contracts, including
those acceptable and those unacceptable.
6. To provide timely, accurate, and pertinent information to the Director to be used by finance, operating managers, and the
Board.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business or Health Care Administration

Experience: Five years’ experience with managed care or financial or claims or in operations.
