Location: Enfield, CT

Potential Bonus: $2,600 SIGN ON

Job Description:

The company is a leading manufacturer of medical supplies and equipment. They are currently looking for injection molding machine operators to work in their cleanroom.

PPE:

Lab coat
Hair net/beard net
Gloves

Job Description:

Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly assemble medical devices

Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of the company

Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor

Perform manual assembly and visual inspection of medical products

Complete line clearance, scrap records, training records, and other documentation as required

Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision

Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

Work in a cleanroom environment

Other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor

Must Have:

Desire to work in a clean room environment

Ability to work at a fast pace

Proven attention to detail

Flexibility to work on the weekend

SCHEDULE:

Day Shift Rotating Schedule – 7am -pm. 2 days on, 2 days off.

Night Shift Rotating Schedule – 7pm-7am. 2 days on, 2 days off.

(This includes occasional weekend work)

Benefits of this schedule? More hours = more money. 70 additional days off a year vs a typical M-F position.
