Description
The Associate Director of Assessment organizes and implements a comprehensive, equity-driven assessment plan. The position fosters a student-centered culture of continuous improvement in pursuit of excellence both inside and outside of the classroom; and dedicated to achieving the mission and vision of the College. This position collaborates with faculty, staff and students in the development and measurement of outcomes and the creation of data informed action plans that lead to improved student learning and processes. The position facilitates a program of academic assessment at all levels; institutional/general education, program, and classroom; and administers a cycle of program review and annual reporting for all areas of the college.
