Community Works is an adult pre-apprenticeship program for the building/construction trades and the transportation/highway industry. We have nearly a decade of experience helping residents of the four counties of Western Massachusetts (including the Springfield/Holyoke area) get into the building/construction trades, with a specific focus on women, people of color, and veterans.
