Job Description

We are seeking a Culinary Assistant for a client in South Hadley, MA

Responsibilities of the Culinary Assistant:

Assists with food preparation and storage
Assists with food labeling
Using standard recipes for preparation
Some auditing
Assisting with inventory if needed

Requirements of the Culinary Assistant:

1 year of experience in food preparation required
Willingness to participate in a Serv Safe class to obtain Food Protection Manager Certification is required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Must be able to pass a physical exam
