MassHire Holyoke is not the Department of Unemployment Assistance and we no longer have an on-site DUA Representative at our office. However, we may be able to help you in very specific, limited circumstances. When we are unable to assist you with a problem, guidance will be given regarding the next steps you should take with DUA.

I filed a UI claim but I have not received any payments.
I was receiving UI benefits but they have stopped and I don't know why.

I do not remember my password to my UI Online Account and I cannot reset it because I no longer have access to neither the phone number or email associated with a past UI claim.
I tried to open a new claim by phone with a DUA Representative and was told they could not open a new claim because the address, phone and email in my past UI record is no longer accurate.
