MassHire Holyoke is not the Department of Unemployment Assistance and we no longer have an on-site DUA Representative at our office.
We CANNOT help you with the following: Changing any personal information in your UI Online account (password, name, address, email, banking information)
However, we may be able to help you in very specific, limited circumstances. When we are unable to assist you with a problem, guidance will be given regarding the next steps you should take with DUA.

I need to file a new UI claim or Reopen a UI claim and either have never claimed unemployment before or I have and I can access my UI Online account.

To file or reopen a UI claim you must either call 877-626-6800 or file online at https://www.mass.gov/how-to/apply-for-unemployment-benefits. MassHire Holyoke cannot assist you in this process.
MassHire Holyoke may be able to assist you in uploading identity documents which could help in resolving this disqualification. Please request an appointment with the UI Level 2 Specialist.
