Program Supervisor

Home and Community Connections is seeking Program Supervisor to join our team for our Home & Community Connections Division -supporting people who are in our 24 Hour Supports Model in the South Hadley MA area. This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct support and on-call responsibilities, along with being responsible for managing the day to day operations of individual supports. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, teaching/instructional ability, good communication skills, patience, ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. There are on call weekends approximately every 3 weekends.

Minimum of one year experience in direct care to persons with developmental disabilities or related field. Undergraduate degree in human service field or education preferred direct care and administrative experience may be substituted for education requirement. Supervision experience preferred. Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation required with 2 years positive driving history. Basic computer skills (Windows/internet) & ability to safely lift 25 pounds required.

HOURS: Full time, salaried (exempt) position including on-call, evening, and direct care responsibilities.
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY 3P-11P AND THURSDAY FRIDAY AND SATUDAY 7A-3P

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMNTS: PROGRAM SUPERVISORS ARE REQUIERED TO BE MAP, CPR, AND FIRST AID CERTIFIED

LIFTING REQUIREMENTS: Ability to safely lift 25 pounds is required.
