Employers – When completing the “Job Order” form , employers are asked to provide information such as company name, FEIN, contact information, job description and requirements, application process, wages and benefits.

This website also can collect personal information shared by you, such as your name, social security number, email address, birth date or combination of information that can be used to identify you. Such information is received when you send an email through the website or make some other specific contact, such as completing an on-line form or application.
