UI On-Line Unemployment Services are available on a walk-in basis, first come first serve, Monday through Friday from 8:30 – 3:00 pm.

MassHire Holyoke occasionally closes because of inclement weather. This includes Unemployment Assistance.

The best and most accurate way is to call us at 413-532-4900. We will change our outgoing message by 6:30 am to indicate whether or not we will be closing. We also post our closing information on local media outlets as well as our social media channels.
