Job Title: Working Supervisor
Hours: 40 hours/week – Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, 12:00pm | 8:00pm (schedule is not fixed – must be flexible to accommodate floor care schedule)
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma/ GED/or Equivalent
Other Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. comfortably, a valid driver?s license and a reliable vehicle.
Job Summary:
Provide training, assistance and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and perform a variety of janitorial tasks as well as doing quality control in order to ensure compliance with the Westover janitorial contract specifications.
Primary duties are to perform periodic floor care. Operate floor care and carpet cleaning equipment in order to complete floor care maintenance- includes stripping, waxing, and carpet shampooing in each building on Westover Air Reserve Base. Experience in floor care and maintenance of floor care equipment is strongly preferred. Perform recycling collection base-wide according to the daily schedule.
Salary:
$20.22/hr plus Health and Welfare
