The company is a leading manufacturer of medical supplies & equipment. They are currently looking to bring aboard warehouse associates due to their increase of demand.

Pay: $20

Location: Enfield, CT

Schedule: 1st shift – Monday – Friday; 7:00am-3:30pm

Periodic OT required on Saturdays – Candidates must be flexible to help meet the needs of the business.

DAILY BASIS:

Position requires complete working knowledge of the outbound distribution strategy as described throughout this Job Description.

Ability to learn basic SAP WMS system as related to the job functions described in this Job Description.

Compares identifying information, counts and matches up packing slips of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Also maintains file on purchase orders and packing slips.

Uses computer and related equipment to enter records. Should be able to perform necessary SAP transactions related to receipt, put-away, inventory transfer and material conversion.

Identifies any product or inventory discrepancies and forwards for resolution appropriately.

Ability to process returns and inspect to ensure the materials conform to finished goods standards. Communicate with customer service regarding discrepancies.

Ensures all products going into stock are correctly barcode labeled with material number, lot number and serial number. Able to physically locate materials within the WMS system and the warehouse bin strategy.

Support Service division with spare parts and equipment delivery and pick-up. Work with Service and Product Marketing to ensure that all Demo products are stocked and identified.

Perform necessary SAP transactions to create production bundles, including inventory transactions, creating labels, etc. Select appropriate materials, follow assembly instructions, complete bundles, and move inventory into stock.

MUST HAVES:

1 year of RECENT of EPG / Forklift experience – Hi lo

Inventory experience/ shipping or receiving experience

Willing to learn and be trained
