Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing direct client/patient care within Clinical Stabilization Services.
Responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing initial and subsequent treatment plans, case management and completion of all medical record documentation.
Provides daily group and individual counseling services to support addiction and mental health recovery.
Coordinates care with other services providers (internal and external).
Qualifications:
Education: Masters or doctorate degree in clinical field, licensure preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience in providing direct client/patient care in mental health/substance use disorder field. Expertise in treating specific age groups or diagnostic categories preferred. Experience providing short-term treatment preferred.
Skills: The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interviewing skills and possess knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts.
