Experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of a manufacturing plant. Experience in the insulation industry a plus. Must have mechanical or electrical degree or diploma/certification. Pay is $85,000-$100,000 D.O.E

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of a manufacturing plant.
Manage all Human Resources duties.
Controls all accounting and budgets.
Oversees Quality of product and deliver on time metrics.

Working hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Skills:
Leadership Qualities wit his team.
Must have at least 5 years experience in Manufacturing Industry, preferably in insulation, construction, sheet metal or plastic.
Should have Mechanical or Electrical degree or Diploma.
Should have experience in Human Resource Management.
Experience in the Insulation industry a plus.
