Description

Operations Assistant

The Admissions Operations Assistant will be a member of the Office of Admissions Operations team, responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Office of Admissions. This individual will perform functions including but not limited to the establishment and maintenance of prospective student records, processing materials and documentation related to prospective student records, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with additional projects and functions based upon the needs of the office.

Required knowledge and skills for the position include:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and perform functions with a sense of urgency.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience in working collaboratively as a part of a team; experience working with individuals across departments/organizations.
Previous experience working with Microsoft Office software (primarily Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel).
Desire and aptitude to develop strong working knowledge of the Office of Admissions system and supporting administrative systems.
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
