Description

EANE serves executive leaders, other HR professionals, and front-line supervisors by solving problems and providing options for multiple scenarios as a trusted advisor. This is an opportunity to leverage your tactical and strategic human resources expertise by assisting other professionals in solving a broad variety of challenges.

You will assist with compliance questions, compensation plans, benefits, recruitment and retention, performance management, policy development, employee relations, and many other HR topics. You will develop and provide training on a myriad of HR related topics, and provide on-site or virtual HR support with HR related projects and priorities. You will be seen by our members as an authority in the human resources arena.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or closely related field
HR Certification preferred (candidates without certification must be willing to obtain certification within the first year of employment)
Ability to engage, inspire and influence people at all levels of an organization and function as a trusted advisor
Collaborative, team player with strong self-starter attitude
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to balance and complete multiple priorities simultaneously
5+ years of HR & business experience. Business acumen is as important as HR knowledge to be successful in this position
