HR Associate/Office Manager

Full Time hours – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ( Flexibility is needed )

We are looking for a candidate for the role of the HR Associate/Office Manager for our Corporate Offices. This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting with the provisions of HR services, policies and programs and for coordinating general office operations. In addition, maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing systems and deploying coronations efforts across the HR Department in collaboration with the Vice President of Human Resources. As the Office Manager for the Corporate Office, they will be responsible for the organization and coordination of the administrative duties and office procedures.

Qualifications/ Job Requisites
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field of study and/or appropriate combination of education and experience to ensure on-the-job success.
1-2 years of previous work experience in an HR role, with some knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration and emphasis on recruitment.
Proficiency in MS office (Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & Power Point in particular)
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational, problem solving and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pay attention to detail; ability to multi-task
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
Must foster and maintain positive working relationships
Candidate must have the ability to be work different hours, including early mornings and evenings.
