Community Action Pioneer Valley: Family Center Manager

Exciting leadership opportunity at Community Action to join our amazing, diverse team as the Family Center Manager. We seek a committed and visionary individual interested in leading a family center in Greenfield that provides a broad range of supports and services for Franklin County families and youth.

You will be responsible for supervising a team and implementing high quality support services and programs as part of the statewide network of Family Resource Centers. Our programs are free to all and we prioritize addressing barriers to participation.

Are you a highly organized, creative problem-solver with knowledge and experience related to providing direct services and supports to families using a strength-based and trauma-informed approach? Do you feel confident in creating an inclusive culture and welcoming community space for staff and families with diverse identities and experiences? Do you have strong planning, supervisory and program management skills? In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of families and youth by building connections to community resources and implementing creative programming.

Must be committed to social justice, racial equity, and examining and creating programs using a DEI lens. BA/BS in Social Work or related field, MS preferred. Experience in program management and supervision as well as direct service experience with case management required. Bi-lingual/bi-cultural (Spanish/Latino) preferred and language differential provided.

Full-time, on-site, salaried position including some weekday evening & Saturday morning hours with flexible scheduling, $52,513-$55,711. Excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative work environment. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, safe driving record, and satisfactory CORI required.
