Valley Health Systems, Inc., the parent company of Holyoke Medical Center, provides a broad range of physician services in offices conveniently located throughout Western Massachusetts.
Our Endocrinology Physician Practice is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) RN, LPN or RD to promote and restore patients’ health by providing diabetes care management and education to patients with such conditions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual (Spanish/English); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; current Massachusetts RN, LPN or RD license; CDE certification; maintain licensure as certified pump trainer; minimum of 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience including experience as a diabetes educator in an ambulatory, community health setting. Knowledge in all aspects of diabetes care and ability to act as resource to patients, community and hospital personnel.
