Description
Coating Process Engineer
Provide operational, technical, and production support to the site manufacturing facilities, across a broad range of project activities. Production troubleshooting and root case analysis is a key job function with focus on data driven problem solving. The individual will support Manufacturing to work safely, increasing yield and productivity, reducing waste and achieving consistent high quality. Will also assist on scaleup of new and improved products, advance on-line process control, and write procedures and training memos to enable front line knowledge and understanding. The individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills working in a dynamic production environment.
BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) with 3-5 years manufacturing experience in Roll-to-Roll (RTR) coating process technology.
