What you get to do every single day
– Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
– Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
– Build financial controls and procedures
– Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency
Requirements
– Strong familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
– Billing experience desired
– Microsoft Excel experience
– Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
– Sound written and verbal communication skills
– Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
